New Hampshire Community College will be holding a business plan competition on May 10, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. in room 203. The competition will be among three finalists chosen from the plans submitted by 21 students in the Business Plan Development and Small Business Management classes.
The written plans as well as the 20 minute oral presentations of the finalists will be judged by three independent judges. The judges are Steven Griffin (Isaacson Steel), Carol Miller (North Country Internet Access), and Elizabeth Ward (Northway Bank). The winning plan will receive an award of $900; second place will receive $400, and third place will receive $200.
