ECE Students Receive Credential


Early Childhood Education (ECE) Students at White Mountains Community College recently received the New Hampshire ECE Teaching credential from the Child Development Bureau in Concord during the Week of the Young Child Celebration. New Hampshire's Early Childhood Professional Development System is an initial step toward assuring quality and increasing the competence of those who care for children. WMCC offers courses, certificates, and a degree for those interested in working with children birth-8 years in a variety of early childhood programs. For those working in the field and interested in taking courses and becoming credentialed, ECE Tuition Assistance is available, as well as assistance in the credentialing process.
